Below, you’ll find the details of our fulfillment process, cancellation terms, and refund policies to ensure a transparent and seamless experience.

1. Service Delivery

Project Initiation: Once we receive a signed agreement and initial payment, we will begin work on the outlined services.Timeline: Project timelines will be specified in the agreement. If changes arise, we will promptly notify the client.Communication: Clients will have access to a dedicated account manager who will provide updates and address any questions during the project.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices: All invoices are issued according to the payment schedule specified in the service agreement.Late Payments: Payments that are overdue may result in service delays or late fees. Work will resume once payments are resolved.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be issued for work not yet performed, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred.Agency-Initiated Cancellations: If the terms of the agreement are breached, including non-payment, we reserve the right to terminate services. Clients will receive a refund for unrendered services.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are offered for services that have not yet been performed during the term of the agreement.Exclusions: Refunds are not available for:Services already rendered.Cases where the client was informed of issues prior to purchase.Client changes of mind after service delivery.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Draft Revisions: We will provide drafts for feedback. The number of revisions allowed will be defined in the agreement.Final Deliverables: Once approved, final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon format.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Intellectual Property: Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Detail Cartel Agency reserves the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Detail Cartel Agency is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.

8. Amendments

This Fulfillment Policy is subject to updates. Clients will be notified of significant changes, which will apply to new projects moving forward.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
